The project manager does not change when the state does. One person holds the schedule for every location in your program and answers for all of them.

Local subcontractors, pre-qualified
Trades are hired in the market where the work is. Licensing, insurance, references and capacity for your dates are all checked before anything is awarded.

Permitting per jurisdiction
Every city and county reads code its own way and runs its own review queue. We handle the submission and the back-and-forth in each one, and put the review time in the schedule up front instead of discovering it later.

Supervision that shows up
Someone from Tallow Creek is accountable for the site itself, not only the paperwork. Travel and site time are priced into the job at bid, so coverage is not the thing that gets trimmed when the budget tightens.

A rollout is held to one detail set. Where local code forces a change, it is documented and carried forward, so the next location does not have to work it out again.
